Welcome to TeaCups.ie \u2014 a cosy corner for anyone who loves loose leaf tea in Ireland.<\/strong>
This is a small, thoughtful space for people who enjoy slow rituals, gentle wellness, and the simple comfort of a well-brewed cup of tea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Every leaf here has a story. Every brew is an invitation to pause, breathe, and come back to yourself \u2014 even if it\u2019s just for a few quiet minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You won\u2019t see my name shouted from the top of the page, and that\u2019s intentional. This space isn\u2019t about me being centre stage. It\u2019s about sharing something I\u2019ve loved for a long time: real loose leaf tea, herbal blends, and the simple comfort of a mindful tea ritual<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

From Ireland, With Love<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n

TeaCups.ie is based in Clonmel, Ireland<\/strong> \u2014 a small town with a big heart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our teas travel from all over the world, but they arrive here to be curated slowly, tested thoughtfully, and packed with care. Nothing rushed. Nothing random. Just blends I genuinely enjoy and trust enough to share.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s a quiet kind of business \u2014 the kind built on trust, quality, and good cups of tea.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Why Loose Leaf Tea?<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n

My tea journey began back in 2010<\/strong>, driven by curiosity more than anything else.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What started as \u201clet\u2019s try something new\u201d slowly turned into years of learning, tasting, and experimenting \u2014 discovering how different teas make you feel, not just how they taste. From the grounding depth of oolong, to the calming softness of chamomile, the cleansing nature of nettle, and the beautiful balance found in Ayurveda-inspired herbs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TeaCups.ie was created to make loose leaf tea in Ireland<\/strong> feel approachable, comforting, and part of everyday life \u2014 not something complicated or intimidating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tea became less about caffeine\u2026 and more about care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over time, I realised that brewing tea \u2014 properly, intentionally \u2014 can be a small daily ritual that gently resets your day. And that\u2019s what I wanted to share.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Loose leaf tea is different. It has been enjoyed for centuries across cultures, from traditional Chinese tea ceremonies to Ayurvedic herbal practices (source: Wikipedia).<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s not something you dink and forget. It asks you to slow down \u2014 even briefly \u2014 while the leaves open, the water cools, and the aroma rises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
