Ice Cream…My way

I know, it’s winter and let’s say that the weather outside doesn’t scream of ice cream but, even on days like this a scoop of icecream isn’t bad and here is a tip: you can use some to make a great bubble tea as well

Now, I love beying in the kitchen but in ice-cream department I am kinda new. I was looking for something easy to make and that  I know for sure it’s natural.

You know the beauty of this? Only 3 ingredients and you don’t have to do much.

What you need:

How you make it:

  1. Boil water and put the Blue Earl Grey in a cup to steep for 5 minutes. Make sure to use a good quality loose leaf tea, you will see the difference. Remember: stronger the tea, better the ice-cream. Let the tea cool down
  2. Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix well until the cream is thick
  3. Put in a freezer safe container and freeze for 3 hours at least

It can stay in the freezer properly stored for up to 2 months
