Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Orders can be placed on the site using payment platform or via email email@example.com
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Our system automatically acknowledges receipt of your order, but the acknowledgement of receipt does not constitute acceptance of your offer to purchase the items. By acknowledging receipt of your order we are not creating a binding obligation to supply what you have ordered.
In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this and there will be no contract between us unless we subsequently agree to one.
All prices are correct at the time of entering information. Promotional prices only apply during the period stated. All prices quoted on our website are in Euros and include Value Added Tax at the current rate.
Payment can be made by any of the specified Payment Methods. We accept credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal.
All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Once your order has been confirmed, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges or delays.
We currently ship orders using GLS (tracking available at https://gls-group.eu/EU/en/parcel-tracking) and An Post standard service. We usually dispatch all orders within 2 working days from receipt of order.
We will do our best to provide next-day delivery, but depending on the courier the delivery can take 1-5 working days. If you have any queries regarding your order, please email us. We will be sure to get back to you ASAP.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
You can change your mind and cancel your order within 14 days. Please inform us of your decision and arrange a return. A full refund will be issued for the orders cancelled before dispatch or returned unopened and unused, in their original packaging. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Customers will assume responsibility for all return and exchange shipping charges and if applicable duties, taxes and other changes associated. However, we regret that we cannot accept returns or cancellations of foodstuffs unless the items are of unsatisfactory quality.
Any faults, also any loss or damage occurred during delivery or missing items in your order must be reported to email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt of goods. We will do our best to rectify the problem and may ask you to return purchases within a reasonable time-frame, with an explanation of the problem, and we will offer a refund or exchange. Claims may not be granted outside of the 48hr time-frame.
TeaCups shall have no liability to the customer, in circumstances where damages or delays of the goods delivered are caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control.
