Earl Grey has been a favourite since the 19th century. Our version uses a malty Assam base that stands up beautifully to the bright, citrusy bergamot, with blue cornflowers for a pretty finish.
Brew at 100°C for 3–5 minutes – shorter for a lighter cup, longer if you take milk.
